So what is The Frugivore Diet?
the frugivore diet is a fruit-based diet that best suits the human frugivores physiological requirements. this includes a living foods diet of mostly sweet and non-sweet fruits, leafy greens, some vegetables, nuts, seeds. if you would like to learn more about a humans basic anatomy in comparison to other frugivores and non-frugivorous animals then check out this comparative anatomy chart i revised. you can click on the picture for better quality.
here is a simple infographic i put together many years ago that still applies today. i would just replace pasta with yams when it comes to optimal back up food.

OK Freelee, thanks for a reminder, I know you give equal value to the vegan and health message. I was showing my struggles with discounted supermarket foods and why I might be gone a few days. Fallen off the wagon. I think we're going in the same direction and I want to be real with problems I experience and not be censored which is a downer. I'm hearing your sensitivity though and will refrain from posting non raw items.
Mr Paul, from a place of love and good health for animals, you and the planet!💗My mother was a diet coach when I was young and two of her mantras for heath "if you dont fry it you wont have to diet" and "if you dont buy it you cant try it!" The 2nd means 2 things- leave the wrong foods at the shop, and treat yourself to something new and healthy a fruit or veg you are unfamiliar with. I've been biting my tongue and I'm not the monitor and I see you are part of this forum many years. If you are not vegan or raw can you omit those foods at least from your comments? And I encourage you to crowd out these processed packaged dead foods. You can do it! Lots of love.
I love your mum's sayings! <3
Thanks Nicole! I always hear her in my head.💗
Totally stealing this: "if you dont fry it you wont have to diet" LOL
Two Weeks in!!
Breakfast: Smoothie with 8 bananas, 8 dates, 1 cup mango.
Lunch: 2 large honey crisp apples and finished the rest of the breakfast smoothie.
Dinner: 1 honey crisp apple. Romaine salad with avocado, cucumber, tomatoes and tahini dressing. (the tomatoes were shit, so I only ate a few of them.)
Cronometer: 2752
Tomatoes can be sooo disappointing! And when they're good...gosh don't you appreciate it! <3
DAY 14 not much variety from what I've been eating for the past several days but because I love what I'm eating, I'm happy hahaha
another sweet juicy honeydew, more strawberries and quite a few bananas today. With a 3 month old and 2 toddlers, my day is never really broken down into breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just eat when I'm hungry and can get a moment to enjoy it 😜😝
Oh gosh! I remember those days! I had a newborn, a 2 year old and a 4 year old. I was so grateful for my partner at the time sticking a bowl of food in front of me cos I just didn't have the time to get it myself with all the breast-feeding and what not!
I'm glad you're happy :D <3
I've been eating all fruit the last two days. It's what I'm craving so I just go for it. I'm really surprised my other cravings have gone almost all away - minus when the husband gets vegan take out food 😩 but that's rare.
my two days have been basically the same
breakfast: banana date carob smoothie
lunch: mono meal either bananas or dated
snack:random fruit but usually mango, pineapple. Tho today I got some yummmmm pears.
dinner: giant fruit plate with about a tablespoon of almond butter x 2
