Hi there! It's a fairly distinctive shop- not the only grocery on Ayres Rd, but definitely the biggest! Shame you can't make it on Saturday, maybe next month...
Do you ever go to Freshsave in Didsbury Village? Great shop that. One of the places you can rely on getting ripe bananas almost every time. They do some good deals as well...

Hey there! I'm in Old Trafford near Hulme. It's a great place to be raw 'cos there's a lovely Asian supermarket on Ayres Rd, who do all the regular fruits, plus massive watermelons, chickoo, prickly pear, jackfruit sometimes, loquats, honey mangoes... etc
There's a raw food meetup on meetup.com, it's this Saturday, there are still a few places left. Very friendly gathering. I'm going, barring an act of God! It's run by a member here and a few other 30bad people go to it...
