Are calories the enemy?

I am 18 and 5ft5 and I run 3-6 times a week with some other workouts it's usually 1-1:30 hours and I eat 3000-4000 I don't know if this is a normal calorie range for me I have some weight to lose. I currently weigh around 140 any advice?

    • Well I am trying to lose at least 20 lbs and I'm RT4 and have been for a year
