  • One of my favorite things to do is make a raw marinara sauce with zucchini noodles, a collard wrap with blended fruit/herbs/jalapeno as a dipping sauce, or salsa! You can make salsa out of tomatoes, citrus, pineapple, anything and it is especially tasty over cucumber noodles. Cauliflower mashes are also great, especially when I'm craving heavy foods. I do mine with tomato, lime juice, and curry powder. You can make "rice" out of cauliflower too.

We may not have as many options as other raw fooders, but with a little creativity we do have some!

  • These should get the ball rolling.  Feel free to adapt anything to your needs:

  • Hi Dane

I just had a fruit salad made of ripe papaya, dragon fruit and parsley.  It was sooooo good.  If you can't find dragon fruit, banana is a good substitute since it pairs very well with both parsley and papaya.

  • try the simple ladas sauce: pepper bell and dates blended together (adjust quantities to taste - approx 15 deglet nour for one red bell pepper) and top it on your salad

smoothies such as: - banana smoothie

    - banana and date smoothie

    - datorade

    - banana and mangoe smoothie

    - frozen rasberries and dates smoothie

    - frozen banana and spinach morning smoothie
work well but there are so many combinations

try using a melon as a bowl to fill it with: melon (different varieties if u like), and other watery fruits like peaches and nectarines - out of season for most of us
an awesome yet super simple salad includes: cucumber, mangoe (with skin if ripe enough and organic), peper bell and tomatoe

a recipe by Megan Elizabeth (Easytoberaw on Youtube) consists in bits of cucumber dipped in a garlic, herb and fresh mangoe marinera

    Keep it up !

    • I just tried the "banana and mangoes smoothie" you posted, but I added fresh coconut water.  It was so nice and creamy.  Keeping this one for sure!
