Celebrating one month on RT4

Hello friends,Happy to report that today is my one month celebration on a RT4 lifestyle.I have devoted most of my days educating myself, finding recipes and rethinking things through.I haven't come out to my friends or family members about my nutritional choice because I'm still a newbie and don't have enough itenerary for their (possible) attacks. At this time, you are my support system. I would love to have a support group close to Morgan Hill, Ca, anyone out there? As for my results thus far, the first three weeks was a constant visit to the toilet. I preferred to stay home for the majority of this time. Most days consisted of 10 bananas for breakfast. However, the first few days, It was difficult physically and mentally to ingest so many bananas. I had to rethink and reprogram (which is still a process) my nutritional background. For lunch, first time I introduced my body to 15 dates, I felt a jolt in my system that was electric (not sure if that was good or bad). However, I did get on my bike that day for 45 minutes followed by 45 min yoga outside looking over the hills and later jumped rope, lol... Yes! Datorade worked! Sometimes for lunch, I try a mono meal like apples or mangoes but I can only eat 4 apples and 4 mangoes at best. I drink half or a full gallon a day (something, I've always aimed for prior to RT4). Since I enjoy to cook, I love coming up with recipes using my spiralizer to make zucchini pasta recipes. I'm also eating gluten free quinoa pasta and gluten free marinara sauce. I also eat a head of a romaine lettuce every other dinner meal (I'll try to be more consistent).Regarding exercise, I love it! It's been a huge part of my life and I'm lucky that I live in northern California where the beautiful scenery is breath taking. When I'm not riding my bike and press for time, I do a Pilates DVD or cardio and strength DVD at home. However, a good week is cycle (HIT) 3x per week, swim 2x per week and Yoga 2-3x per week. Exercise, is the only thing that calms my nerves. Life can be so challenging sometimes and I'm very sensitive to negative energy so, I deplete that energy by exercising and connecting with nature. However, I'm not as hard on myself as I use to be in my youth. I remember days that I'd be in the gym for 3 hours.Going back to RT4, I travelled to the east coast last week and proud to say (minus a margarita that gave me a pounding headache), I stuck to the program and even squeezed in two 45min elliptical interval training, yay! Could you please help me on tips when you travel? It helped that as soon as I checked in the hotel, I drove to the nearest super market and bought all my fruit. I think north time, I'll pack more fruit to carry on the plane and pack my blender. I must admit, eating 10 bananas was tough .Using Cronometer, love this program and I think I'm getting the hang of it. I average between 3000-2300 cal per day. The lowest was 1800 when I didn't bring enough food on the plane. Finally, my start weight was 132. Today, I'm 128.6. I know this whole process is not about the weight. I think I'm loosing inches more than weight. My goal is to have energy and enter a new decade with peace of mind and a steady foundation in all departments of my life. Before I go, during the second and third week, i did notice that I had to take a few naps throughout the day. Is this normal?Thank you for reading my progress and hope to hear your feedbacks.
