I am going to Chiang Mai. Can you recommend hotels that serve vegan food (raw or cooked) or are situated close to vegan restaurants?
Where can I find good bicycle routes for road bikes (not gravel roads)?

I'm not sure about hotels serving vegan, but there are tons of places. Giva is the raw food restaurant, it takes ages for the food to be prepared though as it's just one man. Happy green do smoothies and a raw papaya salad, also they're vegan and offer discount with a bicycle. Just search happy cow.
If you want to be close to the fruit market then the marena Inn is the place everyone stayed during TFF and it's pretty much right next to it.
I don't know much about cycle paths as I cycled on the roads! I think Patrick aka sugar addict found a cycle path to the north of the city... He has a video on YouTube.
