Did you ever taste very ripened strawberries off the vine? Is it still acid and is it really sugary ?
Could we class very ripened strawberry off vine similar as non-acid sugary fruit like banana?

TY:) Future is tropical permaculture and fruit forest :) and harvest on the trees.. :) and human fruit eaters that live near tropical permaculture and fruit forest... harvest the fruit on the trees and spread the seeds to increase fruit forest density and spreading...:)

Really ripe strawberry's taste nice and sweet, they should be dark red all the way through and not have any acidic taste, when you get some good ones there amazing, most of the time there just a waste of money though sadly.
