did you notice the most adapted fruits to human dna are all the bananas varieties?

The other fruits like the mangos and the papayas   are complementary,  snack and small quantity..

The tomatoes  or solanaceae are really not adapted to human dna..... ( herlooms are better) but  you should take it in  very small quantity especially if you are sensitive.

You should base majority of your calories(energy) in the  most adapted fruit category. = all the bananas varieties..

Bananas has been created for human and chimp..:)

If you base majority of all your calories  in the organic bananas ripened to their peak, it will be easier for you to be  this lifestyle 90-10-10 RAW.

If you dont have access to fruit,  as second option, you could create Datetorade with medjool dates.. Mix coconut water + medjool date... you need to get around 75% water .. 75%?   The newborns in perfect health  have around 75% body water.

If you dont have any fruit and date.... your option is to eat raw root vegetable like potatoes...  If you dont feel raw about it.

You could eat raw cooked potatoes... but dont use any spices or other thing to get you addicted a pattern...   

The most addicted pattern in cooked food are the mix of Umami+ (FAT+sugar+ SALT).s . its really addictive... A lot of  synthetic and gmo food additive  contains  synthetic version of umami , salt and sugar..etc

    • It is the only  kind of fruit family that meets all the criteria of ideal  fruit to human dna. (banana family and their varieties)

      Tropical fruit, not-acid,ripened at their peak, sugary in simple sugars, 75% water(newborns in perfect health has around 75% water)

      You may meditate and  astral travel to  source. so you could check yourself.

      This lifestyle is  really easy to achieve if you base  majority of all your calories to this ideal dna human fruit... The other fruits are just  in small quantity and should not be a big  part.... They should not be a meal.. :)

      Sure if you develop prana  nourrishment  or   Dna modification you could change it.. but original human dna is adapted to banana  in majority.
