Do You Know a Website for Long Distance Cycling Advice?

Guys anyone know a website with information specifically about long distance cycling?

I am trying to FIND THE SAFEST cycling routes to get around and across the state of Texas. I am not sure where to look. I would prefer to get information from a credible source, than just try to find out on my own or rely on rumors "I heard the 10 freeway is the best route" etc.

haha i was researching this earlier, couldnt find anything. If you ever figure out, please let me know. I want to travel around US sometime in the near future.
