DONT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!!!

So u fel bloated, fat, disgusting, tho happy at the same time to be on this LIFESTYLE. well i have been doing WRONG things during my journey so I'm going to share them because its fine to make mistakes WE SHOULD LEARN FROM THEM! i hope these help you. So this is all about high CARBS and low FATS. IF you are serious about this want to live happy and skip all the trouble focus in the CARBS and try as much as possible to ditch the fats from nuts, oils, check ur canned foods, ur breads. Another thing u should pay attention to is ur sodium. high sodium diets are HORRIBLE they are going to get u bloated and its just BAD. Make sure u don't eat ALOT of beans cuz they can get u bloated and fart and its BAD TOO hahah. umm make sure TO DRINK UP UR WATER that way you will flush the fiber and anything else in ur stomach. EXCERCISE, don't be a lazy butt, ill have to work for what u want. To kick ur metabolism exercise in the morning on an empty stomach after drinking water!!!! i have been doing SO many wrong STUFFS when i began this diet i felt like this aint working i feel like this is jus no ma thing BUTTT it turns out i have been doing the wrong STUFFS. so ill be focusing on these aspects and see what happens next!!!! ill update u with ma results or something!!!! okay BYE :D :D :D :D :D :D :D haha
