I posted a comment on the balance of salt and pottasium as well as all other electrolytes. Late last year I made the connection between salt and disease and promptly ended my sodium intake and instead ate a diet rich in pottasium untill i was informed that pottasium and salt are like yin and yang and found a salt I considered to be good, untill recently. I just read through the do nots of this website and would like to apologize for my reccomendation. I thought it was fishy that salts contain iodine, chloride, and flouride all poisonous materials but believed it was essential for life in its purest of forms. Partially because salts are alkaline metals. Pottasium salts calcium salts and so on, I guess I should have went with my gut feeling and kept my salt intake eliminated instead of adding in "good" salt which is no better than sodium chloride. FML lol. now Im concerned about my fructose intake. I probably eat more fruits than veggies but my end goal is to be a respirtarian. Does anyone have a good green smoothie mix which I can incorperate into my daily life and what I would need to add to the rest of my diet to live a well healthy balanced life?
