The Fat story ?

So what is the best to feel our best, to recover and perform Well in Sport? No overts? Fully raw with avocadoes/nuts in the evening? Rawtil 4 with no overts?

i am a little lost at the moment about fat content of my daily meals to be healthy....

What do y ou know, experimented about fat intake and sport performance/recovery, general health, weight management?

  • Thanks for your replies , I thought some fat could help for recovery since in the baby milk (breast feeding) there is something like 30%fat

    And i am afraid of missing some nutrients if not eating fatty foods, i guess since à lot of you guys are eating no overts, i dont have tout worry on not getting enough fatty acids....

    • i worried too found out my worries where all in my head along with the OMG what if i dont get enough protein worry etc.. I had to get past all that and dont notice any difference. took lots of dangling my foot in the water to see if it was warm enought o just plunge in once i did i was happy.

  • i personally dont notice a difference when i eat avocados or nuts one way or another. I can go months without them or just have maybe 1 or 2 avocados a week i dont notice any difference in anything. I'll eat them just because I like them now and then when i want too.
