            <content type="html">&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;So basically,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;same time last year I was cycling every day and I was losing weight and I LOVED it! I LOVED the diet and still do until this day! But people continuously kept telling me and bringing me down that ' i was getting unhealthy skinny '  and I was silly enough to listen to them and stopped the dieting, now I sit here borderline overweight BMI at 24 simply because I let some IDIOTS opinions reflect on me!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Reason why I'm posting this?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;to kick myself in the ass, try everything all over again and to help others that are having the same problems.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here goes nothing. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ps.             <title>Are these good results?</title>

            <content type="html">&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today I had a free appointment with a personal trainer at my local LA Fitness Center. At the end of the 45 minute session he measured my BMI and my percentage of muscle mass. He said that the results were very good, but since he comes from a SAD  and main stream health perspective I'm not sure if that means anything considering I'm coming from a fruitarian perspective.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So I need some help from you fellow LFRV athletes out there. I'm not very good at figuring out whether are not my measurements are good or not. My goal is to shed as much body fat as is safe and increase my muscle mass a bit. I train for marathons and triathlons and I want my performance in those races to improve over the years as I gain more experience. Could anyone out there tell me how I'm doing?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sex: Female&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Age: 19 years &amp;amp; 5 months&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Height: 5'8&quot;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Weight: 120 lbs.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Body Fat: 18.3%&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Muscle mass: 15.2%&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Translation?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ideas to improve?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content>
