Raw Vegan Newbie Ebook by Freelee

Hey 30Baders,

I have just put my first ebook up! It's taken me a looong time to put it all together and I must admit it's kinda daunting finally putting it up. I really hope you choose to make the investment in your health and grab a copy. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I have put a lot of time into making it as informative and helpful as possible. It contains 1 months worth of my blog entries from Nov 2006 when I started my raw food journey. Boy I stuffed up! I will show you where exactly I stuffed up and how you can avoid it yourself. It also includes my favourite recipes, a Bonus 2 month meal planner and lots more. Check out the link below to view the contents.

Proceeds go to helping us further spread the raw vegan message, we appreciate your support!

Please follow the link below to read more about it and feel free to leave feedback.

  • It has taken me until now (this evening) to get a workable version of Freelee's Go Fruit Yourself on my personal tablet.  My tablet (unfortunately for me) is a Kindle from Amazon.  The Kindle tablet has given me issues with other files besides PDF, and seems to only be easy when I transfer AZW files, which are amazon kindles' own file types.

I finally got a working file, which means that on the tablet, I can use the table of contents hot links to jump from chapter to chapter.  I'm really happy that freely worked with me on this and am also very happy to finally enjoy the book.  :)

  • I purchased your book and I thank for writing it.  Thank you for all your help and I learned so much from you on how to eat well as a fruitarian on youtube as well.  Is there a thread here or is there a page in your book about physical distress during the first month?  I'm not feeling good at all although there are positive changes.  No more mucous and phegm is really nice.

But I'm not feeling good and my digestive results are so dark, like nearly black.  I'm in my second week of eating all fruit, a bit of greens and few nuts and seeds.  I'm not feeling good.  Am I just detoxing?  I'm eating all fruit with a bit of greens and the rare nuts or seeds for 10 days now and plan to keep it up for a few more weeks.

Am I having problems and discomfort because I'm 50 years old and have been eating anything and everything my whole life?  Gotta say I'm distressed not to understand what is happening as far as feeling sick and unwell.  I keep reading experiences of newbies and they say it is amazing and they feel great when they start out.  I'm not at all having that experience.

  • Purchased the other day... Thanks do much for taking the time to create this. It has been a great tool as I transfer from high fat to high carb raw vegan :)
  • Great thank you!

  • Thanks everyone :-))

Apparently there are some typos sorry I it has been proofread like 3 times. Possibly they are in my old blog entries because I wanted to keep it real to what I wrote. If you find them email me on freelee@30bad.com and I will make corrections today (shouldn't be many) and you can upload again. Sorry for any inconvenience!

I hope you find it helpful!

    • Really good to hear! thanks Rawchael. :-) Glad it was worthwhile.

  • yesss!!!!

  • love it and printing as im typing this!! thank you freelee sooooo much!!<3<3

  • Why are you calling it "Newbie Manual"?   It looks like it can be very useful to those who have been raw vegan for quite some time as well and want to improve their performance or are struggling.  Calling it "raw vegan newbie ebook" might make this crowd look it over and assume it has the same basic info as other "raw" books out there, although from the contents it looks like it might be particularly helpful to them.

Just trying to be helpful.  What do others think?

    • Calling it a newbie ebook mainly because of the blog entries from when I was a newbie and giving advice on where I went wrong in order to help mainly newbies. Thanks for the feedback, I'm open to consider calling it something else so let me know your suggestion :)
