Getting nauseous of all the fruit

Hello all,

I have a problem. I didn't eat raw till 4 since 2 weeks now because i got nauseous all the time. But no one wants to help me on the raw till 4 Facebookgroup..
The fruit here is limited because of the season and I can't handle it eating the same fruit over and over..

  • So eat what fruits/carbs you enjoy that gives you the muscle glycogen to live the lifestyle you desire and lets you train enough to attain the body comp you desire. Pretty simple!

    • Thanks for your answer, but is it true that you get less slim when you eat more cooked carbs during the day than eating fruit? I'm anxious about that. I also worry about the bloating when I eat fruit after cooked carbs

    But my dilemma is that I need to gain weight. And that's why I'm afraid I get fat on starches.

  • I am vegan since june so I don't eat animals at all.

    I still do worry about starches or eating mostly fruit and greenies..

    I don't restrict anymore either, but as you say it will be a long process.

    I do it more starch right now, but I'm afraid i can't get as slim als freelee and other fruitarians are.. Do you know more about that?


  • Maybe try doing raw to 4 back the front. Perhaps make a vege soup and have for breakfast. don't put too many different ingredients in. Keep it to 3 or 4, certainly no more. Then make sure you as hydrated well before you begin to eat what I suppose would be your daily consumption of bananas and other fruits. Again be careful not to mix your fruits. 

    Personally I use to love fruit salads, but now I feel nauseous straight after eating. 

    Also I do not begin eating fruit in the morning until I have had at least 2 or more litres of lemon or lime water otherwise I feel sick. Also in the evenings I don't eat fruit. Veges only. I don't eat rice or potato or pasta either, only a cabbage soup or loads of Pak Choy or Bok Choy or a big salad. Maybe a handful of soaked nuts if I still feel empty. I don't eat dates either. they don't agree with me. However when I am working 12 hours shifts and don't have much time to eat I virtually live on organic raisins. Gives me heaps on energy and tempers the hungry faint feeling I might get from not being able to sit and eat enough. Hope this helps. Whatever you do don't give up. 

    Also tinned Baked beans as great to boost your energy and stop you feeling wasted  out but use in moderation.
