Green Teeth from Greens?

Hi, i feel very good with my teeth and they are strong at moment.

The only problem i have is, that they get plaque very fast, if i eat wild greens, what i usually do and if i brush with my soft tooth brush (2x a day) it doesn't go away. If i brush with a harder brush or scratch it, than it goes away better.

I already think its maybe fine and i should not care about the look as long as the teeth feel good and strong,

Anyone with similar experience?

  • you could try additionally cleaning / polishing your teeth with licquorice root. Just chew the end a bit until it's soft, and then use that to polish the enamel. I used to be a smoker, and my teeth were really white because I cleaned them with the licquorice root.

  • You just need to brush more if you look at tribes who grow up around sugar cane, they have super white teeth from chewing on the fibers, also look into African cultures who have almost no access to dental care. Another thing is your genetics. People with more neanderthal DNA have far worse teeth.

  • teeth naturally will get stained from the antioxidants in greens. Look at horse or cows teeth etc.

White teeth is hollywood. It is not really reality at all.

Chimps teeth are also yellow. I dont think it is possible to have natural teeth that are naturally white when we are eating greens/antioxidant rich fruit.

    • Thanks man, i think the same because even my teeth are loooking not so good they are in the best shape i can remember, even a plastic filling was falling out and its just fine even there is a big hole. I don't go to dentists anymore, just if i want to get a teeth pulled.
