GUYS I REALLY NEED SUPPORT

i don't know what to say but I'm very ugh body image it kills me. I'm just a teen and gaining weight is not as easy for me especially that no one here supports me (i never met a vegan person real life) thats how sad this is! I'm struggling and i just don't want to go back but ughh guys please, i don't want to prove myself wrong and fail :( I'm still vegan i promise i just... idk i

I'm going to do whatever it takes me to become healthy AND FIT cuz I'm very passionate about taking care of my body THATS HOW MUCH I LOVE IT!!!!   • Same thing is happening to me ): I focus on how I feel otherwise. It sucks now but you'll be happier and leaner longterm! :D

    I've only lost weight since I realized that I cannot lose weight. I just can do what feels good to my body and then weight lost will probably happen by itself (longterm) (to me it happened). I am not struggling with my weight any more. I just want to do what feels good. :)

    After all: losing weight is meaningless if you're not happy on the way. So it's only important to do what feels right to you. The results of your actions don't lie in your hands. So don't get frustrated over results. They haven't ever been under your control anyway.

    • Woow 24 years!! R u fit now?? Well all that matters is happiness I guess ur right I will stick to what I'm passionate about and live life. !!
      • I am not really fit now. (I rarely exercize.) But by never going to bed hungry and eating until I am full (cooked vegan, low fat, gluten-free), I've lost quite some weight, I think. I don't weigh myself, so I cannot tell you any numbers. (I am still a bit overweight, I think. It doesn't matter to me any more. I love my body now. It is such a wonderful body. :) ) However, there have been several people telling me that I must have lost quite some weight. Plus, I had to go buy new clothes, because the ones I had bought one year before were getting way too loose.

  • don't focus on weight, focus on eating healthy and being active and know that over time your body  and mind will start to reflect your lifestyle and things will get better and better and better and better and better and.... :)

    Don't look for results day to day or week to week. Just focus on making every meal a healthy high carb low fat vegan fitting the lifestyle and keeping active :)

    Keep up the good work, if you need more specific advice I'm sure someone here can help :)

  • I remember you, I am 13 too. Try to not focus on weight at all. Focus on health and happiness and life. The weight will take care of itself. Leave your weight alone. It'll do what it has to do by itself,it doesn't need your cristism or attention. Your beautiful!
