HCRV wannabe (but desperately)

Hi there! I'm very very new here but I've been watching Freelee's videos for about a year. I have tried all the diets in the world, I'm a pathetic yo-yo and lazy. Not exercising, working online, travelling to a different country every three months carrying just a suitcase but desperately wanting to loose 25 kg and reach the so-wanted 50 kg that I dream of. I tried raw vegan a few months ago and loved it but I have iron deficiency and I collapsed after a month. Also, I was in New Mexico then and I had this great variety of fruit and vegies. Now, we are in Romania and tomorrow I will start the Raw till 4 journey to a better me. I'll post here, watch videos and keep myself motivated (and away from the pathetic junk food). Thanks for reading! Cheers from Bucharest and the travel girl!

  • Hey! Thanks for posting.

firstly I want to say that: you are whatever you think you are whenever you think it. Come on, don't call yourself a lazy yo-yo or whatever! Call yourself what you want to be! When you are running, you are a runner, when you are eating fruit you are a HCRV. It all begins with our thoughts and from there it will translate into your reality. How is the fresh fruit deal in Romania? Get as much vibrant, ripe, sweet fruit as possible and eat until your full! Eat what you want really and as much as you need to be satiated/satisfied. I would recommend, keeping oatmeal for breakfast along with fresh fruit if you can't find enough SWEET AND RIPE fruit. Bananas are the best.

My girlfriend had iron deficiency when she first started too... I don't know but it has gone aways and we are both HC(R)V... Rice, Greens, Oatmeal, Fruit, Veg... A lot of fruit...

I wish you the best - maintain, it should be easy. Watch your thoughts, keep them positive, keep active, get outside and have fun! That makes it easy.

    Best - Jack and Basia.

    • ALSO, get a lot of sleep.

      Peace!

      • Thank you so much for your support, dear. The fruit here are terrible. So hard that you can kill somebody just by throwing an apple. The oranges are okay but not what I expected. In 2 days I'll be in Greece where I know that the fruit will be very nice and of a good quality (I think, being away from my country for two years). I'm also a traveler and I am not always in the position to find good fruit and vegetable but China is next on our map and I will be close to Asian fruit again.
You're right about the oatmeal in the morning. It really feels good with some ripe bananas.
Sleep is still my major problem because I am working on an art photo book with my photos and it keeps my thoughts so occupied 24/7. But I'm trying.
Thank you so much for your advice and your video, dear friend.

        Have a lovely day!
        Anna
