Hi yall, I 'm Cynthia and I am pleased to meet yall and to be here from New Orleans, I am 1 year and counting into this raw journey, any and all help is welcomed....thanks in advance

    Hi Cynthia, so glad you made it. You've been doing this longer than I have...I'm only one week in going completely raw, but I feel so much better it's hard to describe, even for my wordy @ss;)
