I need some help trying to figure out how to get the ball rolling. I've already told my wife that I'm going raw as of monday. That gives me time to finish the stuff I already have. Plus I don't get paid until friday, so I cant go shopping until then.

Can someone please help me out with a daily menu so that I know what to buy to get started?

Is this like 3 meals a day?

Is it based off of my weight? Is so what is the conversion?
