HiI know This might annoy now but its another i have gained weight'20 Kg in total from 37-57 i was anorexic four month ago and am on this lifestyle for four month nowMy question is Will I gain back all the weight I carried bf anorexia which is 67 kg like it was in the starvation study by ancel keys?I know everybody tells me to be consistent but my mother tells me now that I shouldn't eat that much and my doctor suggested me calorie restriction.....Im 160 cm weigh 57KgEat 3500 - 4000 calories a day1-2 hours of bikingWeight lifting 3 x a weekRiding 4 x a weekDo I eat to much? I don't stuff my Face I really am hungry for thatmuchAnd dr once said starved ppls hunger is massive does that mean that I gain weight cause I am too hungry and eat too much cause there is a limit in carb consumption or my metabolism simply is fucked up?Should I continue like that when will the weight come off I don't care when but I care if I know I gotta pay for the shit I did but my mom's critique really upsets me does everyone get skinny longterm? How long is long term? Should I go fully raw? Should I try to eat low calorie foods?I eat dates and berries for b fast 1000-1500 kcals the same for lunch or rice or potatoes 1000 kcal dinner rice /potatoes and salad1000-1500 kcalShould i eat differently im struggeling with the water I drink around 2.5-3 l through my smoothie but am not consistent with drinking before every meal I also often eat fruit on topping starches and o sleep only around 7-8 hoursPlz reply ^…^

  • I'm having the same problem, only you exercise way more than I do! I would imagine that this is what everyone calls the "healing" stage from metabolic damage. Looks like we're roughly the same size, but I probably have a few more pounds than ya. It's frightening, I must admit, but do you feel well? I'm learning very slowly that the increasing size of my body is equal to the increasing amount of GOOD I feel. The only bad part is not fitting into my clothes and concerned looks from others. I've read a few threads where people say cooked foods cause weight gain no matter what, whereas others have lost weight eating 1,500 calorie cooked meals. I'm very curious as to what the magic trick is! But I hear everyone saying that it's consistency and time. So personally, I wouldn't think you're eating too much, especially if you're actually hungry!! Hang in there, sounds like you have a lot of physical strength and endurance to be lifting and biking that much!! Quite amazing :)
