HELP! need to stay on track

I must confess I haven't been eating raw till 4 just carbing up! But lately I feel like it's been going out of hand. I've been eating avocados more and eating just a lot of food. I don't think I even have meals, I'm just eating A LOT! Does anyone else experience this uncomfortness? I want to lose 30 pounds at least and am planning to go on a banana island for 30 days. Does anyone have any advice or weight loss experience?

  • I was eating lots of avocado, rice and quinoa for a long time, plus putting some salt on my food sometimes...I FELT LIKE GARBAGE.

Now I'm on the 100% raw, NO SALT, NO FATS OF ANY KIND,  getting SUPER LEAN AND MEAN. Ran 18 miles last night, just rocked it completely, dropping people off the side of the trail left and right for hours.

So yeah, rather than 30 days of starving yourself, or becoming obsessed with losing large quantities of weight...just go 100% raw and get a workout routine. I work 60 hours a week, I only spent a few hours a week working, out, but all my workouts and high quality, goal oriented training where I am out there just straight up kicking ass.

  • Don't do bananas island for 30 days...sound like crazy extremist thinking

  • Eat plants....work out....be happy! Quit worrying about weight. That will work itself out on it's own.

  • Nothing to confess.

Your body is prob starving for good nourishment.

Try large quantities of good fruits and salads, perhaps a few nuts too. They say that banana island is wonderful.I have not yet tried it myself though.

The variety on this lifestyle is amazing and there is no need for obsessing ab anything if one eats enough.

    • I've been at this lifestyle for almost a year, I thought my body was already replenished from my eating disorder past...
  • I fell in the peanut butter jar every now and then :)

  • how many calories were you eating before the avocados?

  • when you get hungry for avocado eat large quantities of watery fruits like watermelons, papaya, cantaloupes, along with heads of lettuce.
