Last night I was at a family gathering and chose to eat a 'SAD' meal. Soooo painful tummy right now approx 17hrs later. 

This morning I ate 2 red papaya and have just finished a banana smoothie as whilst my tummy is aching I am hungry!

My question is: What is the best way to help my body today? Do I limit myself to fluids ie water? Do I eat normal 811 but maybe a bit less? 

What a lesson! First SAD meal for months....ouch!

  • my advice is eat mono bananas dont juice them blend them or whatever just peel then eat do that for aslong as you have bananas and drink asmuch water as you feel like dont limit your water intake that is crazyness and dont do that again or youl end up just going back to death diet go for a fun lifestyle

    • Not planning to limit my fluids...just wondered about ONLY drinking water and give my gut a break. Perhaps let it clear itself out before I go shoving too much more down there?

      • nah you need calories, the only thing i drink is water just go mono bananas thats what doug graham perscribes after a horrible diet
