I'm looking for someone to host me in Paris for 2 or 3 nights. We could potentially share some meals together, as well as a run or a walk!

Thanks for the suggestions, guys, but I'll be on a super tight budget. There's no way I could pay any of that.
If you don't find a host, as a lot of people there live in tiny apartments, there is a fun hostel I used to stay at all the time when I was in Paris called the 3 Ducks. It has a bar on the premises, only open to residents of the hostel, and it's a great place to meet people if you're travelling by yourself. It's in the 15th arrondissement not too far from the Eiffel Tower.
