I really would like to make my own cultured coconut milk that is like greek yogurt in texture. i would use it to put with strawberries, raspberries, bananas for breakfast. Not a single store in the town i go to college sells dairy free yogurt so i must resort to doing what i can. Can anyone help me with a process of successfully doing this? Getting mad at the local grocery for only having vegan yogurt in single serve cups that would cost me like $10 a week to use, wish they had bigger portions.
