I NEED ADVICE (RAWTILL4 TEEN)

So I've decided that I want to get serious with rawtill4 and lately I've been feeling great, I'm getting better at it. But the thing is that I live with my family and it's been pretty problematic. (I'm still not an adult) They're constantly saying me that what I am doing is ridiculous and not normal. Whenever they ask what am I going to have for lunch and I respond "I'm going to have fruit" they make me faces. I REALLY FEEL BAD AND GUILTY AND IT'S ACTUALLY NOT A THING TO BE GUILTY ABOUT. I've shown them all the things that I know and the benefits that a high fruit diet can do to your body. Even heavy pain and flows of menstruation have disappeared! I can't seem to explain this! They're just saying "Oh so you found another trend. Now you're not only vegan but you are an almost raw vegan." And what I say to that is that I've known raw veganism for such a long time I just didn't have the courage to do it because of this reason, so I wouldn't be said things like this for not having cooked food at the table. What should I do? Can you guys feel me? And also do oranges lower body defenses because of the content of arginine? That's what I've been told.... Huh..... Sigh.....

    5) Tell them to leave you alone and that you eat what you enjoy

  • Keep at the lifestyle and show your parents how healthy and happy you are by just being around them. I couldn't convince my mom to try it but maybe I can rub off on her a little. Whenever I have a question about the health of food I think fruit vs meat. Like if someone says all that potassium will kill you, I might think people eat fast food almost everyday. What's worse?
    • Exactly! I mean a family must want their child to be healthy. I don't see anything wrong with that. If I was a parent I would ask my child why is she/he choosing this lifestyle, get educated and know that there are actually people living with this lifestyle over years!
