  • u can eat all the pasta u want if u walk 8 hrs a day;) but u might not want to do that, so id say limit the pasta as much as possible, eat raw, stay hydrated + walk 1-2hrs perday when u get more energy from being active (which happens to everyone) maybe lift weights  and add in some type of intensity work out (cycling, dancing, tennis, running) dont sit around and weight (err wait) for it to happen in order to have the look of vitality u have to become it..

  • In summer I was 80-90% raw! But now fruits and veggies prices raised so much and I have to eat starches/cooked juices most of the time (60%+ calories come from cooked food now..) though I would like to be eating at least raw til 4... I don't mind it's cold outside, I want fresh fruit. :)

    I did eat lots of sweets and other shit for years, and I did calorie restrict a few times (luckily not for long :)). For the past 5 months I've been eating high carb I didn't gain weight (except water weight) but neither lost it. That's why I started to be worried that eating pastas and vegan low fat pizzas are the reason why I don't lose weight.
