I've been considering having a large glass, maybe eight cups of orange juice, for breakfast as a meal because I feel so great afterwards and it's so delicious! I suppose I'm just wondering if having a meal that is solely juice is sufficient for breakfast. What do y'all think? • Juice has been a part of my daily routine for as long as I can remember :D I make a two day batch of watermelon, pineapple, apple, beetroot and celery juice every second day and always have fresh oj that I press ready at hand. All cold-pressed - so delicious and so handy to take to work or whatevs. I drink at least 2 litres daily.I don't worry about the lack of fibre cos I have several meals of fruit during the day and also a massive salad in the late arvy so I think I have the fibre thing covered :'D <3
