Collard Wraps?

Hi everyone, I just have a simple newbie question:

I really do not like collard greens, too bitter for me, but I love the idea of making wraps out of greens! Any suggestions for different kinds of greens that would work well as a wrap?

Green Salad for Lunch

Breakfast was a date and mango smoothie - huge. So good...(not sure if soaking the dates is hugely worth it but that was new).

So today I had a huge salad for lunch with a dressing of mango blended with some avocado.  It was awesome.
