Low fat veganism makes you deficient, right?

Because in these last 2+ years I've been feeling better than ever, and my fitness keeps improving day after day!Two years ago I also took up running. In the beginning it was a struggle to run even 2 miles. Now I've been running races up to the half marathons and always place in the top 5%-10%.Today I had my longest run so far. 30 km, and finished in 2h28m43s.I finished totally fresh.Yes, I'm sure I must be anemic or protein deficient :)

  • Oh, and regarding to a previous thread that I had opened a few weeks ago regarding training in a fasted state..
    This 30 km run was fasted, and even without drinking a drop of water, go figure!
