    Vitamins...  I refer to Dr Greger who says vitamins are mostly junk.  He recommends only b12, D3 and make sure you have some iodine.  For bones, don't take calcium according to dr klapper.  best to eat Rt4 or all fruit and greens.  Some suggest just fruit.

  • This is exactly what my sister in law is concerned with.  There's a video about a doctor that gives women diets who says she gets feedback that her patients hotflashes have gone away...  I'll look it up
