Mono meals challenge...Anyone up for it?

Although the majority of my diet is mono meals, I still have a salad or raw pasta most nights. I am deciding to do just mono meals of fruit (with the exception of added celery in smoothies & mono meals of quality greens if i find them...) for at least the next 2months. We are designed to eat one fruit at a time when we are hungry until we're full, I find the more variety i include in a meal the more compromised my digestion is. I without a doubt feel best eating mono meals. So the plan is 3 large mono fruit meals a day Durianrider is going to join me, who else is keen??? Join us even for a week... We have also been quite absent on the forum due to not having access where we are living, working on remedying that. If you are keen it would be great if you could please include : WHAT YOU ATE HOW MUCH? WHAT EXERCISE Lovefree

  • I think this would be my ideal diet. :)
    Most of the time I combine two things.
  • I've been mono mealing..I was under the impression it should be for the day...not selected meals...what's best?
    • Yeh I know i haven't been around much :(( Its not by choice either, we are staying in the Hills & we have to cycle around 15kms for an internet signal!
  • Im starting mono meal challenge tomorrow starting with 8 or 9 kiwi fruit breaky :)
  • I did 45 min of floor aerobics and kickboxing! 700 calorie banana smoothie!
  • Yesterday, I had 2 mono meals. Well, 1 meal and 1 snack! LOL First I had longans (only about 200 calories, and then they were gone) and then later a yummy 11 banana smoothie!

  • I usually eat only mono now, probably forever mostly but I'm sure I'll eat salads on occasion again but they dont digest well, even simple. Just mono now.
  • oh yeh ive been on mono meals the last 2 weeks at least, mainly melons and mangoes, its awesome :)
  • Hi Karmyn. I am finishing off some apples cukes and celery today and have two boxes of oranges to get through and some papaya so I guess I am in for tomorrow by default :)
