Haha!! cool well i must tell you!!! ;-PP I am trying to run a faster 5km for a start, I used to run fairly consistently but haven't for years so im building my base slowly up, going very easy.
I was doing 5km races the last couple of months once a week & was going too hard & winding up with a sore leg because I hadn't built any sort of base... I want both really...more endurance and a faster 5km to start with!
