Hello everybody in 30 Bananas a Day!

This is a nice wen, but I am still dont understand how it works everything here ;) Anyway, I would like to introduce myself and my website here ;)

My New Web Site, my Blog about my Raw Food Life in Japan - www.TonyaOgino.com

I've created a new website -  for people who are already eating a raw food diet and for people who are interesting to be healthy and want to try raw food diet. I am Ukrainian and living in Tokyo from 2004. I found that Japanese people around me really don’t know what RAW Food is! Well, they like raw food as sashimi and sushi, raw eggs and even raw meat, including dolphins and whales ;((  However Japanese don’t know what Vegan raw food is and why it is good. Mostly Japanese people eat only cooked veggies, and fruits are rarity on their tables. I met some rawfoodists in Japan, but phrases like: “this nice raw dish is nice with wine”, «nato and miso are good for health», “I eat raw fish sometimes” are making me sad. Therefore, I decided to create my website and my youtube channel to share my raw vegan food life experience in Tokyo. My story is only started and maybe it’s a nice reason to share what is happening with me on my way. It is my hope to inspire people around me, hope people can find how huge are benefits of raw food diet for our health, our mentality and of course, for our planet!  I had very unhealthy lifestyle for long time, and what is happening with me now – a miracle! Raw food, yoga, running, self education, meditation, positive thinking and communication with God! I hope my experience will help people to make a raw food journey easy and enjoyable.

I know how difficult to change lifestyle and food in this country. I will be sharing my favorite recipes, my experience to be mother, life with not vegan husband and my efforts to protect my small child from hurtful products. I am housewife, mother os 3 y.o. boy and my raw lifestyle is my hobby, my passion and my webpage is something very important for me.

I am learning English and improving my Japanese, so please don’t judge me harsh ;) I will try my best to make better my language skills and my website is perfect stimulus for this. Also I am looking for your support very much!  The youtube page will be launched very soon. For now you can visit and "like" the Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/RawFoodJapan

For those of you who don't use social networking like Facebook, please vesit my website TonyaOgino.com  and my youtube page has some english videos too!

If you have any questions feel free to send me a message and your comments are more than very welcome! ;)
