Myths

I know that protein " doesn't make you feel fuller for longer", but I never quite gave credit to fruit for filling you up so much. I ran out of bananas Thai AM and made a date and vanilla extract smoothy. I was convinced I was going to crash at 10:30( I drank it all between 7:30 and 8), but I felt so full I basically had to force myself to eat a fruit salad at 2pm otherwise there was no way that I could get 1500 cals from fruit in a day.So,Fruit FILLS me, much, much more than protein and,Avoid date smoothies because they fill me up too much!Any other fruit you find almost " too" satisfying?Xm
