Needing some support or a lift.

Ok, I'm not sure why I'v had so many cravings for cooked food. I eat 2000-3000 calories a day. The exercise I get, comes from my daily activities. I'v had a few bad days of eating some cooked food, and I've gained back all the weight I lost. I feel disgusting, I was doing so good. I guess, I'm just looking for some support, some encouraging words to feel better and get back to being fully raw.

  • Thank you so much for the advice, you've been very helpful. Hear is a day from my food jurnal, 13 banana's, bag of cherries, a bag of grapes, and 3 cups of blueberries (2807 calories). I have 2 area's where I have problems 1) buying enough food to last me to the end of the week. 2) When I'm out to long and haven't brought enough food with me. I am for 3000 calories on active days (I have a desk job and am mostly sedentary). I do use my brain a lot a work though and am under a lot of stress. I sleep about 9-10 hours a day (on work days I'm only left with enough time to have breakfast and get ready for work). I try to get more exercise though daily activities.  I drink 2 liters of water a day. 

    I come hear whenever I have problems or need help. I'd rather learn from those that have been doing this for a while. I'm having a problem with one of my S.A.D. friends, I've shared with him that I've had cravings and I've explained to him that it's because I haven't eaten enough. He's trying to argue other reasons and the only knowledge he has about this lifestyle is from what I've told him,
