not used eating plants foods after 2 years of vegenisam weird... and like cant make plant food as like wanted as other foods i are in the past (does not mean i will go back this diet is amazing)

any of you people feel the same? 

dunno although one dayi had like 5 meals of really high carb foods next day couldnt eat something until 3 pm this food is so filling (my vegan lifestyle not the best although clean) 

so any tips?

and is there any tips for cycling solo?
