  • you're only in day 3, try see what's causing this, dehydration? certain foods? lack of sleep? don't aim for a calprie number. aim to feel satisfied after each meal. if you're still hungry, you'll know you didn't have that many calories in the day :)

      • It's generally recommended to drink 1 liter of water right after you wake up, before you even eat breakfast. 1-2 liters is really not enough. You should be peeing clear somewhere around 10 times per day. Dehydration may or may not be the cause of your headaches, but you definitely want to get more water in, especially if you're doing any kind of exercise or eating cooked food. I guarantee that drinking more water will only make you feel better as far as your energy, digestion, and skin.
