RAWtill4 problems?

Hey y'all I am in need of help. I noticed I have been gaining weight and I know it takes time but sometimes it's hard to follow raw till 4. I sometimes eat cooked carbs for lunch and eat fruit for dinner and I know eating fruit after 4 or cooked meals aren't good for digestion but is anyone having problems? I normally eat 2000-3000 and I run 2-3 hours a week.

  • Hmm, sometimes I end up eating cooked for lunch because life happens. On those days I usually eat cooked dinner too. I think eating fruit for dinner after a cooked lunch might be too soon but someone correct me if I'm wrong. I did that for a while when I first started and had bloating issues.
