  • I would like to stay away from Oreos and cereals but I am the only one who is a raw vegan in my family or at least a high carb vegan. I know some people eat rice and are okay with that but I can only feel comfortable with boiled glutinous corn .
  • hey -- yes, just making sure I get enough fruit in and making sure I don't let myself get too hungry without knowing I have a hclf vegan meal ahead. 

    can I ask what is making you relapse? emotions/weight gain? 

    • I'm not sure it's just based on emotions I think. Sometimes when I eat cooked carbs like rice I start to feel guilty and then I would eat vegan sugary cereal or vegan junk like Oreos. But then I would abuse myself with anyway I can get rid of all the consumption of food
