  • Are you sure it isn't just digestive processes?  Being new your body will not be used to processing as much fiber as you now get, nor as much volume of mobile food.  That can create some pressure in your digestive system that can feel uncomfortable initially as your body gets used to it all.  That doesn't mean ignore it, but you may want to try and localize it a bit to where the feeling is coming from.

    • I found someone who has the same issue as I do and he thinks it 's in our pancreases.

He's trying to figure out what it is and where it 's coming from.

      THanks for your answer Mike

  • Are you eating bananas that are ripe? If they don't have brown spots, they are not ripe. You probably know this, but just saying. Also, I think that if I consume my banana smoothies too fast that I get some upset stomach, not anything like what you are describing though.

I wonder if you tried to eat the same amount of another fruit if the same thing would happen. You could be sensitive to bananas. Banana allergies do exist.

    • Hey Karah ,
thanks for helping. Yes I do wait untill there fully ripe.
And I only felt it when I eat them first thing in the morning. If I eat them in the afternoon there s not a problem.
I have also very bad headaches in the evening.
I want to continue this and just sit it through but it s not pleasant at all this way :(

      • do you have any history of consuming tea, coffee, chocolate or anything containing caffeine that's you've recently stopped?  This can trigger a headache withdrawal.
Hydration is also often related. A good benchmark is to drink enough pure water that you've urinating about 10x daily, a near clear color, like a very light lemonade in the bow.

        • Hi Windlord ,

Yes I do , i drank one to two cups of coffee every morning. But since I started the raw till 4 program I only drink infusion tea sometimes.

Could this really be the reason for migrain ?

Water isn't a problem. I drink at least 1,5-2litres water a day so..

Do u by any chance how long it s gonna take before my body gets settled ? :p

          thanks for helping

          • just saw your reply now.  How're you feeling lately, Kath?

            • Hi Windlord ,

i'm feeling a lot better . The pain is less than in the beginning. I noticed I mostly have it from dates, bananas and other sweet fruits. Don't have it with oranges and persimmon. But I've met someone on the forum who has the exact problem as I do.

He takes multi enzymes ( noticed they've helped for me too) .

Just for now until my body has healed.

I did gain weight... So I think I'm doing something wrong.
I don't fit in any jeans any more and it's freaking me out.

Thanks for your concern WL ;-)

              Peace Kath

              • Glad you're feeling better.

  • Do you drink 1L of water before breakfast? Are your bananas ripe (brown spots) ? Could be also detox, which will go away as your body adjusts.
