Should i skip breakfast?

So i noticed several time i intended to go for some training in the morning but when i woke up i did not felt going on an empty stomach, it triggers fear in me  of doing so because it remind me my calorie restriction period ans i finished eating a huge fruit breakfast but then feel sluggish to work out and do nothing because not pleasant to train on a full stomach...

That si the pattern That has gone on and on for the past few months , any advice ? Should i forced myself? I noticed once i started eating i feel lazy for the rest of the Day...

Ps: i have trained in endurance sport at a nice level the past 15 years and calories restrict, and it seem that fears are stocked from this period.

  • I hear ya there! I usually just have a banana or two then head to the gym & right after I'm done I head back home for a huge banana smoothie! :) It's a good idea to have some carbs in your system to fuel your workout but not so much that you feel sluggish.

  • have something light like melon or mango or just fresh orange juice or maybe even a smoothie with spinach, water and banana :)

  • have a snack/small breakfast before :) then a big breakfast once finished or if you're doing something long maybe take dates/dried fruit for a snack mid way :D Deffo don't skip it all together though, especially if you're uncomfortable with it!!xx
