I'm looking for some advice or suggestions on the best way to gain some weight eating high carb vegan. I've struggled off and on with anorexia since I was 13. Im now almost 23 and this past summer while travelling I lost a bunch of weight again, so Im now at around 98 pounds and Im 5ft 7inches. I eat a lot(over 3000 cals daily) but the thing is I also exercise a lot too. I usually cycle at least 50 km every single day, because I can't stand not moving and being active. The other problem is I hate the feeling of being really full, which i realize is kind of important for weight gain to happen but i can't even fall asleep when I eat till Im stuffed so I always eat a bit less. I feel like it's really holding me back and I don't know what to do.
