Trying to go raw but not feeling satisfied.

Hey guys,
I'm currently doing the standards rawtil4 finding it very easy to have fruit all day then cooked for dinner. I want to go more raw though. Thing is i find it really hard to be fully raw, even for a day. By the evening i just feel so hungry. Even if i have a 10+ ripe banana meal for dinner i still feel unsatisfied and sick of bananas. 
Does anyone have any advise or tips to help please.
after a whole raw day i just feel hungry, even though my tummy is full.
Do i just need to get used to being fully raw, and push through the desire to eat cooked? like, will that go away after a few fully raw days?

    I'd also add that consuming plenty of tender lettuce type greens, up to about 5% of total daily cals, is necessary for overall health, and often a sense of "grounding" satiation.

      So it's simply just losing my appetite for fruit before i've reached my caloric needs.
      I have some organic dates coming any day soon, so throwing some of those into my evening banana smoothie should hopefully do the trick, without adding too much volume (as i said i'm still eating til my belly feels full).
      And add some leafy greens too.

      (I do plan on including starch in my longterm lifestyle but i'd just like to experience some time fully raw, to compare how i feel) thank you :) x
