Hey all!
I'm not sure if this is within posting rules but I'm new here so feel free to delete if it isn't.
I'm also new to HCLF Vegan so I'm married to a meat eater.
The thing is, Chik-fil-A used to be our place and I never realized before that there really are no vegan options there. Well, apart from waffle fries and a fruit cup. I think if people had the option to eat a vegan "chicken" sandwich that it would be good not only for families but for the vegan movement. Who knows? Someone might get curious about the vegan lifestyle if they see a friend or family member taking the vegan burger.
Anyways, that's the long way of saying I created a petition on change.org.

I will definitely sign; However, my only concern is that if chick fila did offer a vegan sandwich, and vegans started ordering it…it would still be putting money & support to the same people who fuel the factory farming and animal torture. Right? Just kind of an initial thought I had when reading this. But that is also true about the ripple effect/chain reaction of curious people trying it. Good luck and good idea!

There are very few vegetarians/vegans and letting people know there are options is a huge step towards mainstream vegan acceptance.
Many mainstream people don't realize that vegan food tastes amazing and we get so caught up in wanting to overhaul the whole system right away that I think sometimes we forget how monumental these steps can be.
