Weird Sleep Schedule

Hey everyone. I've been vegan since February, off and on with the lfrv. Two weeks ago I decided to go all out, no overts or anything. It's been going really well, except for that my sleep schedule is becoming kind of messed up.. I don't know whether this is due to the change in seasons or if it has a deeper underlying cause, but I would appreciate any feedback! I eat 2500-3000 calories a day, have moderate cardiovascular exercise 3-4 times a week, and am a student in college.

It's been like this: I've been going to bed later and later each day (11pm, 12pm, 1am, 2am, now I'm at 3am!!) and waking up later and later (8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, today was 11:30am!!!!). I'm getting all the sleep I need but I've noticed I don't feel 100%. This is probably due to the fact that I'm sleeping through half of the day!

Since it has become a problem, I am going to reset it. The way I have done this in the past is to simply wake up at the same time every day. I'm going to make this 8am. Naturally, I'll be getting more tired earlier on in the evening, until eventually my bed-time will be constant as well.

Any other tips on how to reset my sleep schedule?

Thanks! You guys rock

  • Try to stop using lights and window shades (as much as you realistically can).
    Your sleep will get back to normal in no time (;
  • wooooooooo woke up at 8am!

  • Thanks for these tips! I did that last night and I went to bed at 10:30. It took me about an hour to fall asleep but I did it! Now to continue this streak,
