What´s hapening???

Hi... Last time I  watch a lot of video´s where people say that´s is heavy to eat enought calories on Vegan live style...but with me it´s totally diferent sometimes I eat all most 4000kcal a day and I can be still hungry...I gain some waight and I´m a little scared...I do some activities like bike,or running...but still I gain waight...Any idea´s what´s going on with me...

  • Actually I am useing cronometer I keep fat below 10 mostly...I have melons but not too often.. My nr1 is bananas...I love date´s but it´s heavy to get them...( really expensive) but when I can I buy them too. Also every day for dinner I have a lot of rice,potatos,salads... From monday till friday I don´t eat as much cos I have work and other stuff to do but in weekends I eat all most double from what I eat normal in the week...Like I have nothing beter to do :/

    • Well in that case it could be that you're eating out of boredom and not actually hungry. It's more like your mind is "hungry". The best thing to do is drink a big glass of water, wait a few minutes and ask yourself: am I really hungry, or just bored? If you're bored you should find a pleasant activity to distract yourself :)

      Drinking lots of water is btw very great for your body too, so don't forget to drink up!

      Of course you should also vary in the foods you eat: experiment with different fruits, vegetables and recipes. This way a single meal becomes more fun and satisfying

      • This is exacly what I am straggle with... My bally feel´s full but in my mind still I think ''ooo I want to eat something more'' I will definitlly drink eaven more water as I am actually maybe it will really help me out :) Thank U all for all those advices :)

  • I also eat a LOT and could eat even more. I gained around 4 kilo but it's all muscle and maybe some water...

    It' very probable that you put on muscle it you increase your carbs and continue your normal work-out i think.

  • Do you come from a history of restrictive eating?  When I started to recover I could never eat enough....I was ALWAYS hungry and naturally put on weight because I needed to.  If this is your case eventually your body will balance out and tell you when you are eating enough but if you used to restrict you need to make up for it.

    • Thank U verry much actually I come from restricting...( it was till 1200cla a day,but I all ways was trying to keep it eaven below that)
