What's the single most important quality in other people for you?

Unending desire for growth / evolution.

Very hard to find someone with this, everyone just settles and accepts their place.

    Life is evolution. So whatever form it's in or how far it has advanced, it's purpose is to continue evolving. As intelligent beings we're in a unique position to expedite this (at least from a mental state). Everyone of us has the ability to further our evolution, few have the desire.

I've been thinking about this... If I have to choose really just a single quality then I'd go with being passionate. it's hard to choose though. I mean it could also be some sort of passionate but evil and crazy person but oh well, at least not boring LOL
