I was just wondering if anyone could recommend places to wwoof in either of the three countries mentioned above.

I'm still recommending Flores de Vida. I spent 8 more weeks this spring and I'll go back for a few weeks at the end of august. Don't hesitate to ask if you want to know more. Keep in mind they prefer to fix when it's possible for people to discover the place. For this year the remaining possibility is from august 20th. Next time should probably be in the spring.
