Why can't I send private messages?!

For some reason I can't send private messages. I've sent PM's in the past with no issues, but lately every time I try to send a message it brings me to the message page where I type my message, but then when I click on the send button it won't send. I've tried on different computers and even my phone with the same issue. How can I fix this!?

      that's good news, but I think it's system-wide and intermittent somehow.  

      Hopefully Free and/or Ning can get to the bottom of it.

    There's been a gremlin in the PM system for some time, but this sounds a little extra degraded.  

    I'll bring it to the attention of my team.

      What exactly are the problems with the PM system? I feel sometimes PMs might not arrive?

        Wish I knew.  That non-arrival seems to be most common issue.

        I've informed Free of the mischief.
